About the role:

We are looking for a candidate to produce high quality and engaging videos and digital content from a brief including all activities of filming, edit and applying simple motion graphics and audio.

The subject matter will be digital road safety equipment and filming will take place both at our office in Bottesford, Leicestershire and on various construction sites situated on both major and minor road networks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Planning video production, editing your footage, adding sound overlays and motion graphics.
• Capability in all aspects of video production including editing footage, set production, shooting etc.
• Experience using camera equipment and video editing software.
• Set-Up Lighting and Audio Equipment
• Post-Production Video and Image Editing experience
• Creating compelling and watchable video content
• Creating engaging digital content
• Use initiative to capture great photo and videos, with a view to also converting to social media ready snap shots, videos and posts
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel to locations
• Willingness to work outside of normal office hours 8am - 5pm when required

The candidate will work closely with our digital safety solutions team to fully understand the brief of what should be included in the footage and to consider the audience and end user of the material through the editing and video production process.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to support uploading and improvement of our online digital resources, specifically our Learning Management System Platform (LXP)
