About the role:

We are looking for trainee and experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The role involves the installation, maintenance and removal of traffic management throughout Scotland. We will progress you through your Lantra qualifications from the commencement of your employment allowing you to become a fully trained 12D TM Operative. We also provide external training for your trailer or HGV licenses as part of our commitment to upskill our workforce. As a forward-facing role, applicants should have excellent communication skills to enable them to liaise with colleagues, clients and members of the public.

Within the TM workforce, there is regular overtime available and the working week can range from 50 -60 hours per week. Due to the nature of our work, there will be weekend and unsocial hours involved in your employment.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, committed, flexible and have an enthusiasm to learn and progress within the Traffic Management industry. We are looking for applicants who can contribute as part of a team as well as being able to work under their own initiative once trained.

Qualifications & Attributes:

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test


Desirable:

• Previous experience within the TM industry
