About the role:

Due to our continued growth we are expanding our signage team. Therefore, we have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our sign shop department. The role will assist the sign makers in the manufacturing of signage for both internal and external customers. This will include the reading and understanding of designs and drawings to ensure manufacturing is carried out to the required standard. All signs produced will be in accordance with the required specification and design brief. Also under your remit, will be the completion of paperwork and quality control checks. You will work closely with the team, as well as independently at times. You will be required to adhere to Company H&S Policy, operating procedures and any applicable RAMS.

The role is 40 hours per week and based at our Retford depot.

You thrive in developing your skills and knowledge, so are happy and comfortable undertaking training to progress.

To be considered for the role you need to have the below qualifications/ skills:

• 1 years sign industry experience
• Full UK licence
• Good working knowledge of the sign shop environment, with experience of operating printers, plotters, roller beds, guillotine and manually weeding, masking, and laying up vinyl
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent communicator and team worker
• Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy


• FLT licence
• Sign design/ CAD software experience


  • Sign making, Microsodt, CAD
