About the role:

The Event Traffic Management Administrator is a busy and varied role, required to provide full support to the Events Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining systems with all required works
• Monitoring and reporting on performance, ensuring that we exceed our targets and service levels.
• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries from clients, as well as general enquiries and visitors to the location
• Providing regular and ad hoc management information and reports
• Planning meetings and taking minutes
• Assisting in the preparation of scheduled reports and preparing quotations
• Keeping accurate records of all clients' requirements
• Actioning requests applications
• Creating customer invoices from the ERP works directory
• Creating client specific job and van packs

About You:

A pro-active individual, you possess a high level of administrative skills and are extremely organised. You boast excellent communication skills, have a hands-on approach and 'can do' attitude. A professional individual you will find it easy to form effective working relationships with people on all levels. As you know events can take place at any time of day/ night, so therefore, a flexible working attitude is a must.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Organised, diligent and thorough
• Adheres to and sets high standard of personal admin, daily time keeping
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Helpful and willing attitude


• Traffic Management knowledge
• Knowledge of council applications
• Full UK driving licence.
