About the Role:

This role is perfect for somebody wanting to work within a heavy administrative role.  As we are a Traffic Management company, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the industry and as you are completing administration tasks around Traffic Management your knowledge of the industry will be enhanced. 

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Process all Work Force records – daily and any tasks related to the process

  • Reconciliation – staff wages/shifts daily

  • Support the depots to maintain accurate Health & Safety records

  • Raise purchase orders for all depots requirements

  • Maintain/update all staff profiles on PP included training needs, holidays, sickness etc.

  • Process all month end systems for accurate accounting.

  • Any other adhoc Administration duties

About you:

A highly organized individual, with the ability to work to deadlines and sometimes under pressure.  You will be an excellent communicator and team player and be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft office software.  A people person, you thrive working as part of a close knit team and possess excellent customer service skills. 

Qualifications & Skills:

To be considered for the role you will be required to hold the below qualifications/experience:

GCSE Grade C or above in both English and Maths
Be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
Good customer service skills
