Due to company growth, we are actively recruiting for a CAD Designer, based from our Retford office.

About the role:

The CAD Designer role is a key role within our business. You will assist with the provision of Computer Aided Design drawings of schemes and plans required for all Traffic Management works. This will include, ensuring all CAD drawings are produced to the clients and companies requirements, ensuring they are accurate and are in line with current industry specification. You will ensure all drawings are produced by the deadlines set and that all processes for receiving, completing and confirming finished drawings are followed.

Liaising with operational staff and clients to establish requirements, including resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner will also be under your remit. This will also include providing administrative support as and when required.

The role is 40 hours per week and based from our Retford depot.

You are reliable, punctual and boast excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential:

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Willingness to learn and broaden your knowledge
• Excellent communicator and team worker
• Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical and problem solving skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Can manage own workload as well as work well within a team


Desirable:

• 12D M7 Qualification
• Experience of CAD packages (Bricscad & Autocad)
